Cell c is useless

This will be the third time review on hello peter regarding the same problem. I have gotten no assistance on my problem and no solution. Ref number *** . I have three contacts with cell c .two phone contacts and one data contract. In my area i get max one bar lte with no internet and 3 bars 3g also with limited to no internet. Cell c can not provide service to me. Please can someone phone me and sort this out
