Cell C is useless
I just want to say if you wanted to get fibre via cellc fibre dont. They are pathetic, customer service does not exist and they have no clue wat they are doing. I have been struggling since Thursday to get my internet back online we are now on sunday and I am still offline I cant work I cant do **** and everytime I phone Cell C all they have to say is your internet will be back online with in 24 to 48 hours. It has now been 72hours my internet is still offline and nobody is willing to help, Cell C is useless.

My internet has now been offline for 6days and Cell C is yet to provide me with any assistance to get my internet online. Can someone please help me this is pathetic all you need to do is check why my PPPOE is not authenticating after unsespending the account. This can not take 6days. Please take your thumbs out your ass and help me!!!
