Cell C is useless

On 17 December I cancelled my contract with Cell C by phoning them and requesting a settlement amount. This amount was R2708.14 and I paid it on the same day. I then subsequently phoned them two days later and completed the cancellation on the phone. I then ported my number to MTN. I went in to Cell C that same month to find out if they could tell me what the final debit order would be. They could not tell me but later I received a statement that it was R1600, which was debited from my account at the end of January. The payment went through. I have now been handed over to attorneys because my account is apparently in arrears. Not one piece of correspondence was sent per email with any additional amounts. Cell C has handed me over because they are *********** and unable to manage their accounts. If they wish to contact me, they need to do so by email since this is my requested method of communication not by spam phone calls.
