CELL C is Useless

I have cancelled 1 of my contracts on numerous occasions with CELL C as i had problems with them. I get a sms to say i still owe R347 on my account which i am very upset about. Now its having to go through back office to log a case and all of this which i know they wont call me back. What do i do in case?
