Cell c is useless

So after 2year trying to get this Cell c to send me a paid up letter finally got it and was told that with in 15 day it will be removed for ITC 2 months later and still not done how useless can they really be they quick to call and say u never paid but when u prove them wrong it's almost 3years to get the **** up sorted out do not ever use Cell C you will be very sorry in the end
