Cell C is Useless

I emailed Cell C about the ongoing problem I have with accessing my monthly statements. They attach a statement to their email but one cannot open this attachment. When you click on view your statement online it gives you the message unable to very??

When you click on Install our desktop viewer, the same credentials are successful. However no statements display.

I don't understand why Cell C make things so difficult instead of just simply emailing my statement!!!!!!

I contacted Cell C and someone got back to me on 12th September at 09h58

The man asked if I was Mr Garth. I rep**** NO it is Mr Pratt and that my first name was Garth. The agent then replies Hoow Sir and when I asked him what does he mean by saying that. He replies don't worry about it and puts the phone down.

How do Cell C educate their agents in dealing respectfully with customers and in a professional manner. I just hate being addressed as Mr Garth!!!!! It is Mr Pratt. If Cell C's agents are tought to act unprofessionally and call their customers by their first name then call me Garth, not Mr Garth

At this point I am still waiting for a solution to my statement problem!!!!
