CELL C IS USELESS

I app**** for 2 phones and 2 watches and got approved in December. After a long wait I received only 1 phone and watch. I have made countless calls following up with Cell C for the other phone and watch to no avail. I've been sent from pillar to post by their staff, given conflicting information everytime I call. One agent told me the phones were no more in stock, the other said the phones are at a warehouse and I will receive a call. Nothing since. On Monday I contacted Cell C and spoke to Matl****la who said that the phone was at a warehouse and that I would receive an sms before close of business. To date nothing. Seems as though their agents just tell me what they think I need to hear just to get rid of me. I'm exhausted. They tell me about a Cindy that never even bothered to call me back. Cell C needs to shape up and send me the damn phone!!!
