Cell C is Useless!!

I have been a dedicated and loyal cell c customer for almost 8 years now. Never seem to have a problem but when it comes to me wanting to upgrade my contract you are useless! I'm simply going to open a new contract with MTN or Vodacom. First I wanted the new Galaxy S6 edge PLUS, which I they said I do not qualify for so bad luck for losing money. Now I opted for a cheaper phone the LG G4 which I qualify for. Did the upgrade over the phone no problem. They said the phone will arrive in 3 working days. Now I'm still waiting... Phoned them, once again talking to a rude call centre lady (but hey what's new) get transfer to 5 different departments and not even one person knows about my upgrade, after I sat on the phone for almost an hour doing the upgrade. I am truly sick and extremely irritated with Cell C. Regards Jason
