Cell C is Useless

Every week I have the SAME problem with CELL C!!! I buy a data bundle for R25 which gives you 250mb. for 5 days. Then I add the booster for R7-50 which gives you another 250mb for 5 days. A lot of the time the sms I get doesn't mention that I bought the booster package. And obviously it is not added although my money was taken. Sometimes the sms says the booster was added but it clearly was not. Then I have to spend around 24 hours trying to communicate with Cell C on their FB Messenger to try and sort this out. What is wrong with Cell C???? Do they not employ people who can actually do their jobs??? Everything is about sending you the clients on a wild goose chase while they have already taken your money. You will be going the Telkom way Cell C. A business is only successful if their workers are trained right....actually do their work and assist their customers promptly. You get a cross next to all of the above.
