Cell c is unsafe and unable to protect is users...

If I could take the one star, I so would as even that is too much, where do I even start. So this month I was billed 100bucks more than my normal and expected bill, when I call and to inquire I'm told I have content services, of which one I'm not even aware of... secondly my account has a limit of 1 rand so nothing above that should go off my account without me know and lastly in the event such does happen the whole month my using on my account was as normal...n when I point this out to them the back office guy, says they may have been a glitch in they system but I'll still be liable for the content services on my data sim card... That never leaves the modem they give me...what bull isl this...not only did they systems fail, to do what they should but they want me to fit the bill what's utternonse is that.Cell c is unsafe and unable to protect is users and to top if of u will be left to fit the bill for they system failures
