cell c is unprofessional
hi there
so i have been told that my Numbers has been given to someone else
and that I'm paying R1000 a month for a contract that I will not get the benefits from
it is a global pandemic and I was put off at work for 8 months with no income. I am very disappointed with the customers service cell c has given me
they did not call me or email me to say that my account was handed over
I will pay my account until it's done but I will not recommend cell c to anyone ever again
they are the most unprofessional cell phone company I have ever dealt with
