Cell C is unprofessional

I wrote a review about Cell C more than a week ago. They rep**** and said they were investigating my query. They promised to send me an SMS to give me the findings. Instead they sent me an SMS saying they will be deducting R930 from my account on the 25th, the same issue I had the query with. They then sent me an SMS asking if I was happy with the way my query was handled. Who can be happy with such unprofessionalism? So cell c will continue taking my money without any explanation
