Cell c is unprofessional

Cell c is unprofessional. 2months ago I joined a data contract and I first asked if it was a month to Month contract the person who assisted did ensure me that is was a month to month and that I can cancel anytime. Now suddenly that I want to cancel they tell me their policy changed in November and they no longer have a month to month it is 24months , worse it that I joined this contract after November but the person who assisted didn't yell me that. Cell c pull the recordings and listen to your employee and cancel my contract. You are unprofessional
