Cell C is trying to **** me

Cell C is incorrectly debiting my account, they have added VAT and Tax to my contract which was never explained to me initially when taking out the contract. I have went in store to query this and called they customer care line on numerous occasions but no one is able to assist me. Sent an email on the 19/08/2019 and only received a call back today from a very arrogant consultant who blatantly refused to correspond with me via email as per my initial request on the email as I work and cannot use my phone during working hours.
