Cell C is trouble

i lost my handbag with everything last year january...6 months later i started receiving messages that im owing Cell C for two phones that i never opened an account for. i went to cell c stores they never helped me and i decided to call them i waited and waited for legal department until they answered after maybe 3hours they requested me to submit documents that i dont know about the account

i did that and this year it still appears that im owing cell c in the credit bureau and if i try to call them they never answer the phone and i tried emailing them theres no response cell c has put me through a lot my name is very bad because of them and they not even doing anything to try and assist me
