Cell c is *********** to resolve a query

Cellc is the worst to solve problems. My data contract ended and a double debit order went thru. I received a statement on 03/10/2025 that shows that my closing balance was -R652.41 I send a mail on 13/10/2025 to query with ref nr ***.The query was closed with no result because according to cellc i could not get hold of. Another case was open with ref nr *** with the same results that i could not be reached by phone, but they have my mail adress.I phone them again today with the same excuse of they could not get hold of me with new ref ***. This is now a query that Cellc could not be resolve.
