Cell C is Thrash

I took a contract with cell C 2 years ago, when i took the contract i was gonna pay R299 and i told the woman that i only wanna pay R299 when my minutes and data are depleted they must cut me off, she dd that and i was paying that R299 then vat increased i was charges R306 a month, ddnt complain. Now 2 years later when my contract was about to expire i called them and told them that i want to cancel my contract and I was told my contract ends on 18 JAN 2020 and my last debit order will be end Jan 2020...end of feb CELL C DEBITS AGAIN R147.. when i asked whats it for, they tell me i had an open line, when my data finished i was charged out of bundle *** .. for the past 2 years i was using that cell c simcard whenever my data finishes they cut me off... Now final month for them to debit they open the line so i may pay even more..... Cell C is *****e i regret taking a contract with them.. No family member of mine will ever take a contract with them...
