Cell C is *******

I cannot believe this is the second time i have to go to this measure (writing a scathing review) to get Cell C's attention. You guys are so bad... seriously. I have canceled my fibre contract with Cell C in September 2020 (Ticket # [CF150828] confirms that contract is closed). However, Cell C continued to debit my account every month. I phoned Cell C again two months later to ask why the debit order is still going off, they confirmed that it will stop and I will be refunded. Still nothing happened... again I phoned two weeks back to say the debit order is still going off and that i require a refund. Again no response or confirmation that my debit order will stop and that I will receive my refund. Next step is going to consumer protection route - the refund is going in excess or R4000! What a bunch of *******!

Please... never ever sign up with Cell C!!! Stay clear! They will rob you of your money without giving a ****!
