Cell c is the worst service provider when it comes to customer service and professionalism.

<p>This is now the second time within I have to lay a complaint about cellc, every experience with cellc is terrible. There is no communication with customers regarding their complaints or queries. I left my handset at the cell c store in Westgate on the 23rd or August to be booked for repairs. I cannot seem to understand why it takes a week to book a single phone. When I called the repair center, they advised that the phone was only delivered yesterday. My phone repair process is being prolonged for no apparent reason, never mind that I am paying for something that is not in my possession.</p> <p>I hope I will get some sort of resolution from cellc, because calling the call center is not helping at all and from the very beginning, at the Newtown store as well, no customer service and professionalism when I wanted to book the phone there.</p> <p>Please contact me on: ********** 089</p>
