CELL C IS THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER (***********)

Cell C is the most useless network provider. DO NOT take any contracts with them.

Their invoicing department has to be the most *********** I've ever come across. They cannot do basic things like link a payment to the invoice amount resulting in you being incorrectly debited over 10 000 Rands form your salary and then you have to print out 6 months worth of invoices and proof of payments and then go to cell c head office in waterfall park to teach them how to do their jobs like pre school children, and somehow convince them how to get to the correct figure you've come to, more than once, as if you have no job and no life.

And now, yet again, there's another problem. They haven't allocated a payment I made 3 months ago and hence when I tried to take out another contract, its showing I'm over 30 days in arrears and I have been handed over to the collections department and I'm being listed as a slow payer on the credit bureau, all because cell c is absolutely ***********, and not because I have ever missed a any payments.

I have been on the phone for 1 hour and 11 minutes, 54 seconds and I still have not been able to get through to anyone who can assist me.

Do yourself a favor and TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.
