Cell C is the worst service provider in SA...

I haven't had one pleasant experience with cell c, as if its not enough that I hardly ever have network coverage. I have been losing R50 airtime over night on several occasions. After contacting the Cell C contact centre to get more information they simply say they don't know what happened after I asked them to confirm that I am not subscribed to anything since I am confident that I am not. I think it is pathetic that a service provider as large as cell c cannot tell me what happened to R50 airtime overnight on several occasions... They should not be operating!!! They give you free data that you cant use because there's hardly ever any network coverage... If keeping my number was not as important to me right now, I would have changed network already but it is ridiculous to have a cellphone that you cannot load airtime on because your network provider will ***** it!!!
