Cell C is the worst service provider, especially the lady staff!!!

On the 6th of Oct 2016 I took a Huawei p8 lite on a 24mnths contract at cell C northgate mall, and asked for insurance to be included/activated. Two weeks after I got the phone I was ****** and the phone and other items were taken. I went to cell c afterwards telling them about the incident and I was informed my Insurance was never activated, since than I've been paying for the phone which I don't have and recently I tried cancelling the contract since the 24months has finished and I've have been given a run around been told I'm in arrears and what's not...Today I called and spoke to a gentleman named Philani Hlatswayo in retentions, and to my surprise he tells me that I have insurance which I've been paying for since 2016 he has promised to call me tomorrow morning as the cell c insurance services has closed, so I'll hear what's the way forward.

With that being said Cell c is the worst phone service ever after so many times of me calling no one has ever told me I have insurance, if it wasn't for this kind gentleman I wont have known even today.
