Cell c is the worst service provider and does not take ***** serious

Can someone please get back to me????? I am losing my patience cause it’s been more than a month that I sent through my documents regarding this ***** account that was opened on my name! I have a police case open as well and you guys aren’t taking me serious. All I want is a document in black and white stating the account has been closed! Please do get back to me
