CELL C is the worst service provider

Worst Service provider to ever deal with!!!! On 7th June I was contacted by a sales consultant at cell c and was offered a package for the Samsung s9. The lady assisting me was Ubedesha Brijlall. Upon completion of the contract I stated that the colour must be purple. On Wednesday the 13th of June the phone was delivered. After opening the box I find the phone is black. Ever since I have been calling and being promised to have the phone picked up and changed and being given the run around. I spoke to a manager Bongani yesterday after being promised that the phone will be picked up yesterday he just doesn't answer and get back to me and I am still awaiting a response from this morning as to whether they will collect the phone today. It's been the worst experience ever. No1 responds or gets back to you. I am hoping this issue gets resolved. I wish no one ever has to ever experience this run around. Rather not join Cell C
