Cell C is the worst service provider

Last week Friday I contacted Cell C regarding a possibility of an upgrade. However, I couldn't go on with the upgrade as I ddnt like the phone. To my suprise the stupid consultant went ahead with the upgrade and actually downgraded me. All my airtym and bundles were wiped out. I immeddiately contacted Cell C and was told I wld be provided with feedback by Monday. I followed up on Tuesday and was told someone will call me later that day. Nobody called. I followed up again and was again promised feedback by end of the day. Still no feedback. Cell C is bad, they don't know anything about customer service. They might as well go to hell.
