Cell C is the worst service ever

I had a contract with Cell C which ended In July 2024 but i was never told that my contract will move to a month to month service or got reminded it will. I asked for the month to month be cancelled I was told no because i was first pay for data i never used as they can i see i never used the date and minutes why dont i get credit and also the service was suspended but i must still pay ,Now when I request for a sim swap because I got rob I was told to pay R2000 first before I can do a sim swap what nonsense is that
