Cell C is the Worst Provider in the WORLD - do not choose them!

Cell C is by far the WORST cellphone provider in the WORLD. They have been harassing me over a R200 payment that I made in June 2018 and it is now August 2018. I have sent my proof of payments and banking statements about 100 times to their team leaders in the call centre namely, Jessica and busisuwemange and to "Proof of payments" and NOTHING has happened!!!! Their customer service is so poor and I would not recommend them to anyone as they cannot even resolve something that should have not been my problem in the first place as I made the payment when I am suppose on time and sent all proof to them. The consumer protection acts stands for everything that they cannot deliver and I WILL be taking this further!!!! I have had enough.
