Cell C is the worst provider in South Africa...Worst

Cell C continues to be the worst provider in South Africa, I had a contract which ended in May. They sold me an upgrade for Huawei P30 liet for R320 per month, this came with the grace period of 5 days to cancel free of charge, because of trade wars between china and America, I decided to cancel within these days without even open the package they sent. They picked it up and when I phoned to check that all is well with cancellation, a woman by the name of Happy adviced that it's reversed and I have no active contract with Cell C. A few days ago I have been receiving calls from a company they handed me over to called Blake and Associates, they are telling me I owe Cell C more than R6000.00 and I will not be able to get approval for any credit with any company because I am now listed, this is madness, I owe Cell C nothing, I am willing to sue these guys for reporting false information and affecting my life. I urge everyone to stop doing business with this *********** company.
