Cell C is the worst of the worst service providers!!!!!!!!

I have experienced the worse service with Cell C in the past month with connectivity. If you are not on a Wi-Fi network, you have no connection. I have called the call center, and they gave me settings to change to the mobile data from automatic to Vodacom. Great that worked for a week. I have been of ever since and have no connection. Teay are very quick to take your money every month, but they will never come back and say they will give you a refund or discount because they could not deliver on the promise of network connection. But that said, with the Cell C Fiber department they are still owing me one month connection fee that was never refunded to me and now no connection. Surely they are losing revenue with people that can't connect and if they are not worried about that I think I will go to the ombudsman and get myself out of my contract as they have not delivered on the promise they make on connectivity. They always advertise that they are the best network service provider, but I think they are the worst out in the market with no service, No communication to their customers that keep them in business and ticking. I hope I am not the only one that place this on Hello Peter. I will also start posting this on many other social media plat forms so that more people can see how terrible the Cell C network and service is. I hope this hurt them even more as this is damaging my business and others never mind the money they still owe me and pulling interest from it. I think this is just a story for the ombudsman and social media to start name and shame the non-performers.

Thank you for your prompt response, I just hope that it will not take 24-48 working ours to sort out as this problem is not something new and is known for more than three weeks already. What I can't understand is that Cell C will never send out communication to all the customers via SMS to advise that they have a problem, and they are working on it. That is just good business practice. that way you are keeping your customers up to date and aware that you are attending to the problem. Or is Cell C just knowing that they will lose more customers because of the bad connection service they offer.
