Cell C is the worst network/service provider

I have been battling to get the help i need with this since last year. I have even been to the Cellc branch and they did not even bother to look at my statements. i have now been handed over for debt collection which i have agreed to make payment as my credit score has now been affected. This was like a week ago, today i recieve communication from another debt collection company requesting the full amount in 48 hours. My contract was ending in April this year and now i have to pay the same phone at 2 different companies and the second company is asking for a higher amount. I have lost count of how many times Cellc has asked me to email through P.O.P's and statements to do a payment allocation and after sending it, it just ends there until I call again. This has been soo frustrating and stressful as monies are just being demanded but no service or help is being provided and i have posted this 2 weeks ago already. I have now been receiving calls from ssda everyday, demanding full payment to be made after already entering into an agreement with another debt collection company. Ssda has now advised me to just stop making payment to the other company and pay them instead. I told them that i will not do that as it is a debit order and if this continues, i will be forced to get legal representation as this is ******** and that was when they actually dropped the call in my ear. I am starting to think that is all part of some ****.
