CELL C IS THE WORST NETWORK PROVIDER

Been waiting for cell c to fix my number since February..they keep saying they fixing it when my husband goes into the store...they cancelled our numbers due to 1 digital error from another client.. my business banking apps are all affected due to a non working number, and it's May already Cell C is the worst network ever.. employees in retail don't know what's happening at head office no one seems to be in control, what should I do next? I don't advise people to take contract from Cell c ever.
