Cell C is the worst network ever!!!

I was transferred money via fnb ewallet I then bought cell c airtime via FNB ewallet. The airtime I bought didn't show so I bought a second airtime voucher. When i checked my balance it was on R0.00. So I called the Cell C call center, I spoke to a gentleman who made me wait for about 5mins then came back to me and told me they are having technical problems with airtime bought from ewallet or internet banking. He also told me that they are working on it and there\s nothing they can do for me. I then asked to speak to manager he then asked me to wait for a further 5 mins before coming back and said he was going to transfer my call i helld up until the phone went on customer ratings and after that it hung up. I called cell c call center again immediately
