Cell C is the worst NETWORK

This is the 3rd time im writing about Cell C & still my query has not been resolved. Ive been trying to get this sorted for 3 months now & i was promised by Moses Mo***eng that i would get my refund within 3-7 working days and i still didnt get it. I called this morning to the call centre & they advised that there is no notes that my refund must be paid back but they still waiting for my ID, Bank Statement & advedavit. This i found strange because moses confirmed that he received it when i sent it on 16.04.2015 already. its totally ridiculous how Cell C is allowed to treat people in this manner. Firstly they open a ********** contract in my name, then they deduct money from my account & now im running around like a ******** trying to get my own money back. They dont even care about Hello Peter posts. I'm going to lay a charge of theft against them today at the police station as this i feel is the only way forward. I dont recommend anyone to use CELL C
