Cell c is the worst most unreliable company.

Worst service ever, from call centre, to store level, mangement and supervisors up to head office level, promises that cannot be met.

Not even social media has seemed to bother thos company with recieving bad reviews or comments.

This is my third time posting, don't even bother emailing or responding stating you are working on this matter, as 6 months later almost, this is just a easy way out to respond, but to date have not heard from one person regarding this matter.

I have now proceeded with legal advice which seems to be the only route with a major company like this.

They take your money, upgrade lines with out acknowledgement and is by far the worse company to deal with for any queries, answers and feedback.
