Cell C is the Worst

I was charged R1194 on the weekend instead of the R150 on my invoice. I went to the Cell C branch at menlyn Park and they investigated and after calls to HQ ascertained that it was *****, I then had to go to the police and get an affidavit. After giving them my bank statement, I'd copy and affidavit they said they would phone me back with follow up and to do the reversal.

The only people who have since called are telesales, wanting to sell me more of their *******. Never mind the debit put my bank account R700 in the red or that I had to lend money to rebalance my account, nevermind that I still have to pay the bank fees for this stuff up.

In addition to this I have been harassed by the Cell C telemarketing team for the last 3 months trying to "upgrade" my contract but they won't let me pick up the Sim card at a cell c store I MUST get it from a courier because of security, nevermind my job keeps me on the road and unable to receive delivery at my home, and nevermind that the courier is still not secure as I have been de*****ed.

Just pay me back my money so that I can close my account and block your access to my bank account and be done with you.

I wish I could afford a lawyer so I could litigate.
