Cell c is the worst ever, do not even think of getting that network
To whom it may concern
I have been to the cell c branch, they picked up on the system that I made a payment at the end of January but it has not been allocated as yet to my profile. It is the end of ****ing February and payments are still not allocated to my profile. And now my account is in collections, who’s ****ing fault is that? This is making my credit score even worse, cell c has been ****ing up my credit profile since last year. I have never ever missed a payment with cell c, then all of a sudden they not taking the money I give them, and putting it into my profile, allocate the ****ing money to my account you *****es!!!!! You are ****ing up my profile and I am sick and ****ing tired of it you ****ing assholes, you ruining my ****ing life you ****ing stupid mother ****ers!!!!!
Fix my ****ing account and allocate the payments you ****ing *********** assholes!!!!!

I’ve sent through references and payments every damn month and they still want it again and again. Just allocate the payment to my account, it should not be in arrears first of all, my account is up to date, check the statement on my account, the payment reflects already, you guys are just not allocating it to my account. Fix this **** you ****ed up people, you are ****ing up my name every ****ing month!!!!!
