Cell C is the worst ever.

I had a cell c number for many years.Two weeks ago I got ****** and then had to claim insurance. Called customer care and they promised to send the CPU number I needed to claim. They never did up until now,48hour period to claim then collaped.I was furious. Reluctantly accepted I had to buy a new phone and had to do a swim swap.I first attempted telephonically which they asked the security questions....then went into the store and called again which i failed. Now you can imagine my frustration. This type of service has caused great inconvenience and now i need to change all my details....No one is getting back to me after numerous complaints and calls regarding the matter....Just the worst ever!!!!There is no owning up to their wrongs and i could let the claim go but my number was of utmost important......
