cell c is the worst ever

A few years ago, i took out the Cell C Contract that gives you 2gb of data for R119 per month, and if you use more than the 2gb, you pay 15c per mb.<br> My 2 year contract ended May 2014, and i decided not to renew my contract, and gave Cell C notice that I would not be renewing.<br> I paid for the month of May, and Cell C sent me a bill of R3600+ for the data I more than 2gb used.<br> <br> According to the invoice I received, I used an additional 3.6GB, and they billed me 0.99c per mb, and not the 0.15c as per our contract.<br> <br> This has been going on for a year plus now, and after many opened cases, phone calls, emails and complaints to Cell C, they keep on deducing R3600 from my account, and according to me, I only owe them R600.<br> <br> Each time I have to reverse the debit order, and afterwards I phone them to explain the whole situation, and to open a new case. It seems that they are just ignoring my contract, that stated that I will only pay 15c per mb and not 99c.<br> <br> Every time I phone again, they seem to have nothing on their system about a case number, and I have about 6+ emails with case numbers that don's exist.<br> <br> I don't know how they can deduct money from my account when we have an ongoing case.<br>
