Cell C is the worst

I am very much disappointed with Cell C for recommending Hollard Insurance as a company to insure contract devices, i lost my iPhone Pro 15 though a car jamming, Hollard insurance refused to pay but my phone is insurances. I am now on paying for a contract phone that was stollen and insurances. I called Cell C to complain that I am disappointed with this company and I need their intervention, unfortunately they can’t help but they are the ones using the company
