Cell c is the worst

I am really so tired of cell c it’s disgusting I have just looked at my credit profile and they have listed my account as written off due to non payment I have been looking for employment as I am unemployed and cell c has listed me as high risk so how will I ever get employment : I even took my unemployment status to icasa as I reported I was unemployed in2021 and they still continued to bill me . Please advise how to get this listing removed so I can work and pay cell c

When I read the reviews of cell c here on this platform it’s funny how they can cancel peoples devit order without permission or block them from using their line for 2 months of non payment but when u reported I am unemployment they continued to provide me with the services 2years every month and now expect me to pay for their incompetence
