Cell C is the worst!

Several times I have tried to sign multiple cellphone contracts with Cell C and NONE succeeded. All the deals got canceled due to *********** Cell C staff. Here are some excuses they used: 1. Sir we tried to phone you at 12 but could not get hold of you so we cancelled you order. (turns out they phoned the wrong number and not the one I gave them) 2. Sir the package is out of stock so we cancelled your order. Even the cancelation department was confused. she started accusing me of my phone being off and saying that how can we deliver if your not home? WHAT?!?! is she saying?! Then I went in to a cell C store because electronically it was to challenging. 3. You need 3 months bank statements (which I had) the Cell C agent disappears to the back of the store 15 min later he comes back saying now I need six because I am self-employed. I respond saying that I am not can I give you my payslips, he said yes but you still need 6 months (this is strange because I phoned in advance to get all documents in order and 3 months was required)

Why Is this so difficult with Cell C. A day later I signed with Vodacom under an hour.

when it comes to service take the ones who has been in it for the longest.

this might explain the Cell C sharks performance
