Cell c is the worst and doesn’t take ***** serious
I am extremely annoyed I am close to sending you a lawyers letter as I have emailed you 7 MONTHS AGO and still have not received a response Someone opened an account with my details and I sent through all the information you required. All I request is a letter stating the accounts have closed but every single time I call in I’m told that the account is being investigated! All parties involved have closed accounts and you are the only SERVICE provider to not have resolved the issue as yet! I demand a response! There is absolutely no way that you can take this long to get back to someone! I don’t care if I’m not a customer but this is no way to treat someone!

Left multiple reviews on Hello Peter ???? How is it that no one can assist for 7months? Or no one bothered to email or contact me back for 7months? This is ridiculous

It is not safe at all that you are allowing my details to just be out there and not even give me an update on this ***** account! I’m sitting in Cape Town and this account was opened up in Pietermaritzburg OVER THE PHONE! With no details checked. I checked and I have all the details of the consultant who allowed this to happen! That consultant should get into a disciplinary hearing cause how could they even allow this person to take out a contract on my name???? Where was my ID? How did they allow to take this out as I’m told you personally need to come into the store to open an account ! Then on top of it, you take 8 months to resolve this issue? I demand a response back! And don’t tell me to email in again because I have done so multiple times
