CELL C is the worst

So I have been with cell c for the past 8 to 9 years, and I have been paying my contract well until the pandemic time where most of us had problems at work, I am a pensioner that is working at a Biltong store and we all know that's not essential so for a certain time the store was closed with no salary for two months, so I skipped my payments for two months during the pandemic on the 3rd month I got half of my month salary and obviously after not getting paid for such a long time I need to use the money for essential stuff, so I had to reverse the money they debited as it was alot o then called to make an arrangement, on the fourth month the debited me for three months and later that day disconnected my number that I have been using for so long, they now threatening me with lawyers and want me to pay after explaining numerous times of my problem and tried to resolve the issue with them. I mean a customer that has been with you for 8 years paying well how do you treat a customer like this knowing that we well all going through a pandemic time..... I am so disappointed in cell c and would really not recommend anyone to it, I mean even loans and car installment had payments break
