Cell c is the worst

Guys this is one of the worst customer services I received in my life. I was contacted by a lady named Nhlanhla a contractor from cell c regarding my debit order she sent me proof that it was cancelled on Friday the 14th on Saturday the 15th another debit order went off? I mean is cell c for real.
