cell c is the worst
I went into a Cell C store in Aukland Park Campus mall the beginning of October to change my debit order dates due to personal reasons, I sat there and waited to be assisted. Finally when I did get assisted they said that my dates has been changed for the end of the month, and today my debit order still went off my account. I am very irate because I took time to go and sit there and still nothing has been done.

Kindly be advised that a debit order date can only be changed a month before, meaning it will be effective from November.
