Cell C is the worst

Hi..Cell C is the worst cellular provider to deal with..My debit order didn't go off at the end of the month due to insufficient funds..a guy called me from Cell C and an arrangement was made to double debit my account the following month..but Cell C continues to debit my account every 3 to 4 days..I am paying additional charges because there's no money in the account..I phoned Cell C and they say it's there policy and then why did someone phone me and an arrangement was made..I eventually made an EFT to Cell C and emailed the proof but Cell C is still debiting my account..I phoned Cell C today and they say me my account is up to date, then why am I being debited..who is going to pay my bank charges..they tried debiting my account numerous times and I am sitting with the additional charges..I will never take another contract with Cell C..I failed with them..There is no one that can help you..If this continues then my next step is to close the account..I am fed up now
