Cell C Is the worst
Cell c is the worst company ever, I have not received a statement or a phone call or statement from you guys in two years and now I owe you money that I cannot afford right now. I am so disappointed.

Apologies for the delayed response.
As per the Subscriber Terms and Conditions, it remains the customers responsibility to ensure that they let us know if they are not receiving their monthly invoices.It also remains the customers responsibility to ensure that their contract is paid on a monthly basis, accordingly to the package they signed up for.

Thank you for the response
I understand the fact that I should let you know should I not receive a statement, however I was advised roughly 2-3 years ago that there was a settlement fee to cancel the account of about R998 as we on numerous occasions advised and contacted the support desk to assist as the sim card and modem stopped working after 3 weeks. We never received data after that and also, the sim card just stopped working all together. We then did a sim swap as well as a support technician advised we do so as he suspected the sim was faulty, to no avail.
The fact that the device stopped working and we paid the amount requested, we were under the impression that the contract had been cancelled as we never heard from Cell C again.
