Cell c is the worst

Today i was ****** of my cellular phone at gun point after which i went straight to the police station reported the ******* and received a case number. I approached cell c to block the sim with no success i tried calling the customer care but kept failing the security check. How on earth are You supposed to remember the amount and date of your last recharge? When the phone it was recorded on is now not only ****** but in the use of ******* trying to get your banking app passwords. And how are you supposed to remember the last numbers you called when all those details are on your ****** phone. Surely somebody could possibly assist as my last call to my ****** phone showed it was still actively in use. Please help i keep failing the security test
