cell c is the worst ,

my cell c sim card stopped working in both my phones , I then called cell c and they advised me to buy a new sim card and call cell c, which I did then because I cant remember the last time I recharged they told me they will not assist me because I cant remember a date and a amount of airtime I loaded , because of this security questions I am now unable to use my phone , worst service I have ever received , no other way of helping a customer that has been with them for 5 years , pathetic
