CELL C IS THE WORST!!!!!!!
I have now phoned begged cried screamed and begged some more... Day 5 and I still have had no help from cell c. I could not even cancel my contract today! Cell c is the worst service provider!!!!!!! I keep phoning and they all tell me it has been escalated and I will get al call in 24 to 48 hours... It has been 5 days!!! FIVE DAYS. I am the customer and I am treated like I don't matter at all. I want to cancel my contract and not even that can be done right. PLEASE COULD SOMEONE AT CELL C DO THEIR JOB AND CONTACT ME
